In-Property is a Web Site that allows properties owners to advertise their properties for sale with out the need for an estate agent. It also promotes and advertises the services that will be necessary to the sale and purchase of domestic residences.
In-Property is for the purpose of advertising only and is not an Estate Agency and does not offer any comparative service.
In-Property cannot be held responsible for any of the following problems arising from Internet Service Providers, Communication Providers, Search Engine failures (including submission failures, deletions or any other matters arising due to third parties), malicious alteration outside its control. Any incorrect information given by vendors or advertisers on this website, information being inaccurate or unavailable at any time and or any information withheld that may be required in law. All information submitted by advertisers is accepted on the basis of utmost good faith.
In-Property reserves the right to refuse or remove any entries for advertising or other purposes to and from its website without notice or refund.
In-Property will endeavour to correct any mistakes if identified or requested. We will also amend entries, if requested, by advertisers after submission. We will, from time to time, upgrade our website at our discretion.
Advertisers are required to notify In-Property when properties are sold. Properties will then be marked as sold and held on site for a period of no longer than 2 months.
If you are advertising your property through an estate agent you may still be required to pay any agreed fees.
Placement of advertising on the website and erection of for sale board will not take place until In-Property receives full payment of any registration fee.
In-Property will add details and digital photograph(s) of your property to the website, within 48 hours of full payment. Erection of the forsale board may take longer.
All Personal data and information found on this Web site, must be treated by all users in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998, as applicable.
As a property advertiser on the In-Property you must agree that all approaches and negotiations are carried out direct between Buyers and Sellers. In-Property will not be held responsible for any malicious phone calls or communication of any kind resulting from any information displayed or made available by advertising.
In-Property will not be held responsible for any photographs displayed. They are not guaranteed to be true and accurate illustrations, or correct and are used purely as a guide and may be subject to misrepresentation on legal points.
In-Property recommends that you seek professional advice before entering into any kind of contract or agreement
Any dispute with In-Property will be subject to English Law, the English legal system and jurisdiction only.
